To justify its growing military presence, the US has been stoking diplomatic tensions in the South China Sea… US warships, jetfighters and armed troops have been arriving in the Philippines with greater frequency and in greater numbers. In 2012, warships docked at least 80 times, growing to 150 in 2013.
