Naujawan Bharat Sabha protest against brutality on teachers by Haryana police

20th May 2015, Delhi : Protest demonstrations were organized by activists of Naujawan Bharat Sabha at Haryana Bhavan, Delhi against the brutal lathicharge on Guest teachers by Khattar government. On 17th May, the BJP government of CM Manoharlal Khattar in the state of Haryana ordered brutal lathicharge  and suppression on the guest teachers who are struggling for their legitimate demands from the state government. Even female guest teachers as well as their children were not spared and brutally assaulted by the police on 17th of May. Many of the protesters were seriously injured in the suppression. Guest teachers are continuing their struggle and working forward to reorganize it.  Demonstrations are happening at a number of places showing solidarity with the struggle of guest teachers and protesting against the anti-worker policies of the Haryana government .

As a link to this series of protests , Naujawan Bharat Sabha organized a demonstration and condemned this act of the Haryana government. Various speakers spoke to the occasion pointing out that all electoral parties make false promises to the people before elections and renege to the promises after elections are over. In such times of betrayal and brutal oppression , the rights of the masses can only be safeguarded when we establish extensive mass solidarity and unity. The Delhi representative of Naujawan Bharat Sabha , Yogesh Swami expressed full solidarity and support to the rightful and legitimate demands of the guest teachers . After the demonstration , a memorandum addressing the Chief Minister of Haryana was also handed over at Haryana Bhawan.
