Ballia, Uttar Pradesh – Fact finding report on atrocities by the nexus of feudal elements and police on dalits and other labourers

In Jan-Feb 2013, Ballia police arrested 18 people from Dalit and other working class communities under false cases related to the murder of a gram panchayat leader and her husband. This is a report, in Hindi, investigating that incident and the police response. -Ed
